BSA provides Fire Systems inspection, testing and maintenance services on behalf of Housing NSW in a number of regions in NSW.

The contract service outcomes include:

  • Validating and updating the asset register
  • Provision of a preventive maintenance service
  • Provision of breakdown maintenance response within the set key performance indicator/response times and
  • Provision of schedule of rates pricing to undertake breakdown repairs, upgrade works and manage potential scope change
