The Pacific Fair development will be transformed into a world-class shopping centre, with the investment being the largest shopping centre in Queensland and the fourth largest in Australia.

With the redevelopment will be an additional 120 stores, bringing the total stores to 420.

There will be new major, mini and specialty stores, including a new fresh food marketplace.

The Centre will increase in size by approximately 50,000 square metres of Gross Lettable Area (GLA), taking the Centre to a total of approximately 150,000 square metres

The project was completed in August 2016.
